2023 Grasmere is a beautiful 4-plex building that is located off Bardstown Road in the Highlands. It is a short walk to many of Louisville's great restaurants, clothing boutiques and art galleries. You can also enjoy a bike ride, playing golf or tennis at nearby Senneca Park. Grasmere is just a few minutes from I-64 which allows quick access to many other attractions, shopping and work. Our apartments are spacious and have been updated on the inside, while still maintaining the unique period architecture on the outside. All units have kitchens with range, dishwasher and frost-free refrigerators. In addition, each unit has a formal Living Room, Dining Room with a ceiling fan, large bedroom and a galley kitchen. All of our Grassmere apartments are wired for cable and high-speed internet connection. We also offer 24 hour emergency services through our professional on site office and maintenance staff.
