Bon Air Apartments is located in the Bon Air neighborhood off Bardstown Road located directly next to the Bon Air Library and across the street from convenient grocery and shopping. Bon Air Apartments offers one and two bedroom units available in two separate buildings. All units have ranges, frost-free refrigerators, ceiling fans, vertical blinds and mini blinds, lots of closets and individual air conditioners and gas furnaces. All heat, water sewer and trash is included in the rental pricing our apartments. We offer a one year lease agreement, which automatically converts to a month to month contract after the one year lease is up at absolutely no additional charge to you.
