Bronner Realty Co. has been in business for 3 generations.  The company has developed many apartment Communities and real estate projects in the Louisville Metropolitan area and continues to operate most of these properties.  Bronner Realty Co. is a family business and the owners are active in running the day-to-day business, and, are accessible to our residents and contractors.  We operate only our own properties, which allows our residents to have their issues or concerns resolved quickly without an added layer of management to go through.  The feedback we receive from our residents, is that they like the fact that they can get their questions and concerns addressed quickly and easily without being told that they will have to wait for ‘upper management’ to review problems.

All of our apartment communities offer a standard one year lease.  However, after one year, our leases are month-to-month.  Why is this better?  Because Bronner Realty Co. will have to continue to meet your performance standards every day, or, you can give us your 30 day notice.  That’s right, we do not feel that we have to hook you into a new lease every year. We have to earn your business every day.
